Hi, my name is Archana Kumar. I am a web developer & designer with an experience of 4 yrs. I started designing and developing website in 2007 after completing web design Course. Most of my design & development skills and knowledge are self taught. I spent a lot of my time researching the W3C web standards and building sites to meet all accessibility guidelines.I learned a range of skills and software including Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Corel Draw and Flash. I do have extensive experience in Joomla and WordPress too.
My Skill sets are: Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash, XHTML, XML, CSS, Action Script, JavaScript, Jquery, Dojo
My Background :
After completing my course I got my first job as a web designer in 2007. My role was to design and develop static websites. I then joined 2nd company where I got the chance to work on open source like Joomla, WordPress. My third company was HCL where I worked as a UI developer . Here I got the chance to work on different kind of web and desktop application.
Present:
Currently I am employed as a web developer for Sapient, developing user interfaces for mobile applications, traditional web sites and for a range of alternative and experimental media. I am loving the experience so far!
